you get those the farther u get, im not sure whats its based on, either kills points or waves

as for tips... I just bought 12 of the cannons at the beginning and then maxed out the power for each one and upgraded the range/rate 3-4 times, when they are that much upgraded they go crazy and start rapid firing randomly and pwning, but its random, so you get a bunch of them and they do it all the time, just focus on 2 of them at the beginning and focus only on upgrading power for a little while

they also throw out mines on the track randomly when they are that upgraded

and then just mix and match some other good units/powerups and then railguns are RIDICULOUSLY good when you get them, ull rack up serious points fast as shit with a couple fully upgraded ones

near the end I have no idea how to kill those guys, I had so much shit upgraded and i wasnt even damaging them

supposively, you need a LOT of nukes/poisongas/stacked laser combos, with lots of 100% damage stacks on the nukes, to get you to around wave 600. I can only sometimes get the combos to work so i stop around 450

On the pentagram one I got to wave 434 by using 7-8 nuke combos. I also used about 4-5 of the yellow shocking thingys at the very beginning to slow the enemies WAY down, thus giving me ample time to launch some nukes at a big cluster of enemies. I'd run 6-7 waves at a time with no problems...
