what the **** are nukes and where can i get them?

If you place two of the blue guns 1st, max out their damage (dont touch the range) follow it up by placing a rocket launcher close to it. Basically in a triangle form. If all 3 glow yellow, then the formation is correct. Once the rocker launcher is maxxed, you have nukes.

They'll be the big bombs going off... cant miss it. Start placing the 100% damage multipliers around them and keep adding. A decent nuke setup will get you past wave 500 quite easily. After that, the way you set them up, etc will start to come into play.

Personally I ended up using taser rockets to slow them down and allow the nukes to concentrate fire on one area. Worked pretty well until mid 500s. Perhaps ill try again, still havnt got the hang of laser chains.

I think I've finally gotten the hang of my combos... just wish I could get my combonly towers to do more than a 3 or 4-weapon combo... really wish I knew how to get 5 going... oh well, more experiementation...

The combonlys replace a combo... so if you have a nuke combo (2 blue, 1 red), then place a combonly next to them, it will beging to alternate between blue and red colors... if you click it when it's red, it will absorb those towers and work just firing nukes. It rocks. Allows you to pack more firepower into a set space...

Then you add in a bunch of BigDamageUp towers near all your combonly towers and you're set. Nukes rock, man.

From reading their forums a bit, nukes and laser chains are the only way to really smoke in this game.

ive only messed with nukes, lazer chains, the green version of nukes, and then a bunch of different types of mines.... large mines, poison gas mines, cluster bomb, sparky landmine, etc

lazer chains are by far the best of anything you can do in the game, nukes are secon dbest
