Fukin Phone Company!!

Ahhh!

My phone line somehow went down on Monday morning...so we call Bellsouth to get it fixed...they say they will have someone out there on Monday night...we wait 4 hours, nobody comes. And then we go out to eat, and THEN they come!

So we have to wait until Thursday. Don't even have a phone on Christmas day to call people. And that's not the worst part.

My mom suffered some kind of alchohol poisoning and she like passed out for an hour at like 2 am. Christmas day and I HAD NO PHONE TO CALL THE AMBULANCE, so we had to use our cell phone, who, with our luck, had 2 MINUTES LEFT ON IT....so as I was talking to the operator, it cut me off...thank god they have tracing and they got to her within the hour...she's ok now i guess, heh.

And earlier today they came over, and it took them 2 minutes to fix it, TWO MINUTES, what the hell, they could have done that MONDAY ahhhhh!!

Sorry, something that just really ticked me off!

Could possibly take the phone company to court and possibly get them to pay for the hospital bills. Since they were to do it Monday. THats something I'd look into doing.

Thats a possibility.

I would talk to a family friend that just happens to be a lawyer(or someone you know, you know what I mean), explain your story, and see what can happen.

The phone company can come up with a lot of excuses though....and they work.

All in all, I am glad your mom is alright

Oh yeah man no she's ok now, but come on you need your phone doing Christmas, we missed like 20 calls from all our family.

The hospital bill was like 2 grand, but I think we are on Medicare or whatever so I dont think we pay much, but still...bastards! lol

Yeah if you werent covered...I would have been seeking legal advice.

There are TONS of grounds to take legal action on man. I'd do it just beacuse they mustn't of had a reason for it to be off, or were u guyz warned??
