i would consider a sundown 1500D+cash as trade
would have to be in great condition. no reason to take something thats not in the same shape mine is.
only reason im thinking about it
is to get a 3rd JL 13.5 TW5 and running them on a SD 1500D
has less than 20 minutes on it so far.
warranty of course. although it doesnt transfer
if anything were happen (as long as its still during the warranty) send it back to me and i will send to JL since the receipt is in my name.

ebay they go for 700-750 shipped but mine is covered thru JL not some ebay dealer
