FSD FZ700D Question

So, I recently got an FSD FZ700D Amplifier so I hooked it up and it sounds great. It is a monoblock amplifier but it has a Speaker A and Speaker B output. I was wondering if those were wired in parallel inside the amp, I want to make sure I am getting 2 Ohms. Another thing is it has a Ch1 and Ch2 input for the RCA inputs. I am using a stock head unit so I had to tap into the rear speaker and use a high-low converter. So I have my RCA cables coming out of the converter into the amp. But whenever I plug both the left and right channel into the Ch1 and Ch2 of the amp the subs get quite, but when I only plug in one of the RCA's into the Ch1 in sounds fine. I was wondering why I cant plug both my left and right RCA channels in?
