I have a BNIB 120 gb zune never used, plugged in, still under warranty til January. Will come with a zune box, a plastic clear case (which also has a kick stand in the back to watch movies, and a rubberized case from speck. The speck case VERY durable. And also comes with USB cord, NO HEADPHONES.

Then i have a 30 gb zune, used, and broken, not under warranty. it plugs in and charges, but that's about it, it just shows a black screen. Cosmetic 7/10 Performance 2/10

Next i have a 4 gb blue ipod mini. Pretty scratched up on the front, nothing much on the back, charges, turns on, but dies quickly. Cosmetic 6/10 Performance 5/10

Your prolly the first person I've met that has busted a Zune 30gb. Those things are bricks,I've thrown mine across the room and it still works fine
