you can get screwed using paypal. many people have and many more will. they'll pay for something, it doesnt show up and they file a claim. by this time the seller/scammer has already removed the funds from their payal account and when paypal rules in your favor; they tell you that you won the dispute but unfortunately they cannot recover any funds since the sellers account has nothing in it.

that is why i 99% of the time use my credit card when making payments through paypal. that way if paypal cant get any of your money back you call your cc and file a chargeback.

Yes but the account that you sent it to goes negative in money. not saying that is much. But it technically makes the persons name who it's under in debt. They start calling your house and sending you letters. Then once you pay it, the money goes back to the person.

Pretty much no matter what you do/where you do it. You have the opportunity to get scammed. even when you meet locally.

Well Pay Pal wont settle in your favor if the person has a fake routing number or sends empty box.... Saw it done to me personally. Also they dont settle disputes through anything but ebay anymore...

got the game today! unfortuantely i have to wait for 1 of the 2 xbox's that i am getting gets here before i can play/test it!

Yes, no it doesnt it just has the regular battery pack

It's still here, I tested it for someone, (i dont remember who) and it works perfectly and looks brand new.
