I'm offering shipping first to the two who were interested prior , providing proof of reliable refs.
the seller is at alot more of a risk of losing out shipping first......even if it is only 55 bucks.
it would be alot easier for the buyer to pay with a credit card through paypal.....if for some reason the items do not show up then file a dispute or just call your CC company and do a chargeback......easy as that......i have had to do it a few times on this board, just make sure you pay with a CC and not have the money taken from your account!

i do have trust issues.......i have been screwed over many times on here and on ebay......its the nature of the beast when dealing over the internet. i have learned that the easiest way to cover my own ass buying stuff online is to pay with a credit card. that way if you do get screwed and paypal cant/wont do anything for you, you call your cc company and have them do a chargeback. i have had to do it a few times and have always gotten my money back. if you have money in your account transfer it out so you can then use your cc. if you arent willing to take any chances then best bet is to buy local from places like craigslist or just buy retail.

you can get screwed using paypal. many people have and many more will. they'll pay for something, it doesnt show up and they file a claim. by this time the seller/scammer has already removed the funds from their payal account and when paypal rules in your favor; they tell you that you won the dispute but unfortunately they cannot recover any funds since the sellers account has nothing in it.
that is why i 99% of the time use my credit card when making payments through paypal. that way if paypal cant get any of your money back you call your cc and file a chargeback.

Yes but the account that you sent it to goes negative in money. not saying that is much. But it technically makes the persons name who it's under in debt. They start calling your house and sending you letters. Then once you pay it, the money goes back to the person.
Pretty much no matter what you do/where you do it. You have the opportunity to get scammed. even when you meet locally.
