Hey a lot of new people do ship first since they don't have many references. Just make sure you do your research first, look at their posts and feedback etc... I would only ship first if the buyer has plenty of positive feedback.
In this case, I doubt steveBeatz would mess up his rep here for 55$ in games, like he said earlier.

Also, what version is the x-box? is it a jasper or what? has it ever rrod'd and is it still under warranty?

I totally understand what you guys are saying, and no matter how many times I said that I'm not that kind of person it wouldnt matter because there is no way for any of you to truely know.

I'm not sure what your talking about when you ask what version it is. It is relatively new. has only been used a few times, and has never gotten the RRoD. And as far as i know aren't all of the white consoles under warranty for 3 years?

If it makes anyone feel any better you can check all o forums that I am part of and check my feedback and what not on there. Just PM me and I can show you all of them.

I just dont see how that could possibly work out for me. Your reputation does nothing to benefit me. And yea you say your risking it. But if I made a thread claiming you were a scammer In a worst case scenario. And you said I was full of it. Who they going to believe... me or you?

I'm trying to be optimistic, if you have a objection to that. please PM me, because if you can prove somehow how that could work out in my favor, I'll definitely consider it a lot more.

It's just a crazy new idea to me at the moment, being as I have never done/experienced it before. I am open to options though, all I need is a little information and encouragement I suppose.

Im talking about the revisions to the x box. There is zephyr, falcon, jasper, etc. There is a way to check by looking at the serial number (I think). How old is it specifically.

Maybe 2 years at most? I can give you the numbers if you want to use them to check stuff.

I'm delaying my dinner here making my mind go 1 mil miles per minute trying to think of what to do hahaha.

the seller is at alot more of a risk of losing out shipping first......even if it is only 55 bucks.

it would be alot easier for the buyer to pay with a credit card through paypal.....if for some reason the items do not show up then file a dispute or just call your CC company and do a chargeback......easy as that......i have had to do it a few times on this board, just make sure you pay with a CC and not have the money taken from your account!

i do have trust issues.......i have been screwed over many times on here and on ebay......its the nature of the beast when dealing over the internet. i have learned that the easiest way to cover my own *** buying stuff online is to pay with a credit card. that way if you do get screwed and paypal cant/wont do anything for you, you call your cc company and have them do a chargeback. i have had to do it a few times and have always gotten my money back. if you have money in your account transfer it out so you can then use your cc. if you arent willing to take any chances then best bet is to buy local from places like craigslist or just buy retail.
