It is the upgrade version, but if you know what you are doing, you can install it on a blank hdd.

Selling XP is illegal after it's opened, and hacking the upgrade version is illegal as well.

Got the enclosure today! VERY WELL packed too.

post marked 14th Mar... US postal took till today to get it to me.. lol
