yes, there is also a Office Professional 180 day trial disc included. Also, once you register it to that computer, it can't be transferred.

I am on the fence with this. I have to put something on my gaming PC since I run 64bit XP. I have a hacked copy of Ultimate but it is a PITA. I don't think I will be doing any hardware changeg but I might. DO you know if that inferes to a CPU change or adding another vid card (for SLI)?

It should be bound by the same oem ELUA. You can change things around except for the cpu and mobo.
