FS Team Assoc. RC10GT gas rc truck

altitude has so much more to do with tuning that temp. for racing, we have this thing called a weather station, you can only get them from aeronautical shops and race shops. it takes all of the weathers factors (humitidy, temp, alt, etc...) and comes up with a corrected altitude. when i changes 700-800 feet, we need to make a jetting change.
Jetting change in a rc glow engine ? I have seen them with bore restrictors , but no jets . Temp has alot to do with it . When I race in teh winter , head temperature is in the 150-160 range . Same track summer time head temperatures are in the neighborhood of 180-190 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

jetting in a 125cc shifter kart. anything that breathes air is going to be affected more by altitude than temp. it can be 50 degrees here or 100 degrees here and it wont be afftected nearly as much as me going from sea level to 7000 ft.

Can't make that assumption man . Head temp will change with ambient temperature //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
it really depends on where you take the temp reading from.... I go right next to the glow plug right at the top of the cylinder where ambeint temp as less effect

Big difference in the density of cold air as opposed to hot air too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
true, but there are so many factors in air density that temperature isnt that big of a factor. and it still isnt as big of a difference as going from sea level to way high up in the mountains. trust me, i have raced on the pro level all across the nation.

u guys are getting way too technical lol thanks for the heads up to any buyers tho

.15 AE engine

if they want the PS i will point them in your direction but with my method of starting its alot easier and doesnt harm anything. the thing halls ***, i love it but I am really trying to dedicate all my time, money and efforts into getting my business up and going or i would keep.

As you can see it was fully tricked out and i had enough stuff to make a second truck lol
thats like my tmaxx. i pretty much have a truck based on the tmaxx now since all of the original parts are sitting in a box. i can almost put the original tmaxx back together and have a full on aftermarket truck too.
