a pair of lanzar 1200D's both with issues

1st amp powers up fine but doesnt put out enough power. desnt produce enough AC voltage.
2nd goes right into protect
both boards have no obvious issues. both are scratched up and missing some terminal screws.

NO idea what to ask so lets start at 100 shipped each just to have a number. i would like to also trde for a deck that has a high pass filter for the speakers and an USB in.
