I bought this amp in may 07 i believe. I ran it for probably a year total in two different setups. It has just been laying around for the last year and a half collecting dust due to getting a new car and I stopped playing with car audio. I'm finally getting around to selling it.

I believe it is, i just searched to see what the difference was and mine doesn't have the heatsink on the top like the new ones. You would be able to see this in my pictures from the side of the settings and inputs

Wrong. New heatsink has a thicker casing. Better cooling.
