The outer mounting ring has seen better days, but that's what happens with a sub that's roughly a decade old. Definitely won't affect performance... Other than that, the sub is in pretty good condition -- I'd give conservatively give it an 8 out've 10.
Absolutely great choice for a beginner budget system -- hard to beat for the price!
