They are thick steel - quite strong. You would have to be a strong mofo to bend one with your hands.

They are a little over 1" each leg... and the hole is just under 1/4" -- they are 3/4" wide (19mm).

good deal, i use these to mount my boxes, and they make great mounting feet for amps without them! I could use a million or so, i spend $3.50 on a set of 4 everytime i go to lowes.

I go a step above because ive had them break the baffle on boxes, so i jb weld the brackets to the box, then screw them in. ROCK SOLID lol
