Sold FS: Rockford P5002 - Quick fix but still works too

The amp works great. Only problem is that there is a whine that comes through my speakers. When i hit the gas the whine increases when i let off gas it decreases but is always there.

It works great other then that. Powers my comps great.

I tried a different set of rcas straight through the car and that was not the problem. My ground is also good.

Should be a quick fix for someone.

that whine is probably probably just a bad ground. try making a better ground or grounding your RCA's

Rcas are grounded on the h/u and my ground is perfectly fine off of the amp

I could try to ground rcas from the amp. I doubt it will change though

i can tell that it has gotten wet it has a bad ground in the amp will have to be fixed i usta fix amps and there is some wild s*** that i have seen
