Yeah, this is an old school amp right here. Powerhouse too. I bumped into a buddy of mine tonight, and he was playing his subs for me. We popped the trunk and I saw this amp, was pretty surprised. I thought I'd pass the word onto everyone. Looked to be in great shape. He told me I could have it for $450, but I can probably talk him down. If anyone is interested in this let me know, I will get pics of it and grab it from him. I know some of you are old amp collectors, just looking out.

thats about a $300 dollar amp and it does what probably 1200-1300w @ 2 ohm ?

This amp retailed for like $600, and due to rarity of it, I figured $350 was a pretty fair price to aim for. Usually, price goes up with antiques like this. It is stable down to 1 ohm, put's put like 1400 watts from what I can remember at that load. 1400 watts of real power for $350, that's a pretty good deal. The amp is nearly a collectors item by now.

It's rare because retailers don't carry it anymore, and it isn't manufactured anymore. You get them from trading amongst people, and finding them.

I know they do their rating at 2 ohms, but some amps are stable down to 1 ohm. I've seen it run at 1, and I've seen it run on 3 on a W7.

I feel like this is an interrogation.

these are only stable to 2 ohms. They weren't rated at 1 until the newer series. You can probably get away with it but i wouldnt recomend it

x2 i was gonna say you might not want to tell people that you've seen it ran on one ohm if your trying to sell it, but its already been said. Free bump
