Chris at DBR said 300-450 or something like that to fix it. Powers up fine no protect.
Just doesn't have input side or output, one or the other.
It has cosmetic damage from being shipped to me. Other than the repair its exactly as I bought it.

I straightened this out but the paint chipped.
