just got it tonight at around 7p.m. eastern..it is brand new, never powered...but i just sold my last 2500d about 10 minutes ago so im thinking about doing a couple 15's...open to offers or possible trades for woofers.
well since king had the guy ship first, king is sort of in a different position that most of us would be. Its really up to king to decide what the fair thing to do is. Nonetheless, I do think people will look at the choice he makes when deciding to do any business with him the future.again i'm not saying its your fault but its ALWAYS a risk when buying through forums. if i was the seller i wouldn't pay for the amp at all. i might help out with the sub, but the amp i will refuse to pay for it.
i totally understand what you are saying. like i said if i was the person who sent you the sub and i felt that it was in working order or brand new i would refuse to eat the cost of your amp. plain and simple. i think this is just an unfortunate situation and there's nothing obvious to do here. you can try to talk to him and have him eat the costs but i'm telling you from my perspective if i was him.seriously?....help out with the sub?...why should i pay for anything that has to do with the sub?..i refuse to do that and wont do that.....but why should i just eat the cost of the amp?..it wasnt anything that i did that caused any of this and it also wasnt any of my equiptment that caused any of this...thats all him...i guess i just wouldnt sell someone something and do that t them so it definitely doesnt fly if someone is going to do that to me...ut do you see the position im in and wh i dont know what the f*ck to do?
Well try to look at it from his position..and try to look at from an outside position. I know its seems different when its happening to you, because..well its your money!i guess it's hard to see it the way i am seeing it unless you are in the position yourself.
i wouldnt expect anyone to do anything different than atleast help pay for the amp and pay for shipping back...after all, if it were me that sent the bad sub to someone else and it blew there amp..i wouldnt expect the other person to pay for the amp or the shipping...thats on me if im the seller.Well try to look at it from his position..and try to look at from an outside position. I know its seems different when its happening to you, because..well its your money!
Don't jump to conclusions... You need to find out if it was damaged before he sent it to you or if it was damaged in transit, or if it's your fault. You need to first find out exactly what is wrong with the sub before you demand anything.i wouldnt expect anyone to do anything different than atleast help pay for the amp and pay for shipping back...after all, if it were me that sent the bad sub to someone else and it blew there amp..i wouldnt expect the other person to pay for the amp or the shipping...thats on me if im the seller.
its not my fault..i can tell you that for sure...now whether or not it was his or the shippers fault i have no idea.Don't jump to conclusions... Well I'm sure that he wouldn't be stupid enough to knowingly send you a broken subwoofer BEFORE you shipped out your items. You need to test the sub and see what's wrong with it. Then take appropriate action, most likely with the shipping company.its not my fault..i can tell you that for sure...now whether or not it was his or the shippers fault i have no idea.
i wouldnt think so...but then again CA.com doesnt exactly have the sharpest knives in the drawerWell I'm sure that he wouldn't be stupid enough to knowingly send you a broken subwoofer BEFORE you shipped out your items. i would think even if the shipping company paid the cost of the sub...they arent going to do shit for the amp.Well I'm sure that he wouldn't be stupid enough to knowingly send you a broken subwoofer BEFORE you shipped out your items.
