Hey guys, for references since I am new on here you can check me out on ebay at desertheatracing and I have over 500+ paypal transactions so have no fear!

I have for sale a super rare set of aura mobile reference mr62 speakers. They are technically a coax but actually just the component set with the tweeter mounted permanently on a bridge. They do have seperate passive crossovers.

The set sounds simply amazing, I will put them up against any set made today in the $400-$500 range. For those of you that remember these they rocked ces about 3 years ago and were one of the most sought after sets ever made! Retail on this set was $449.99. I bought a bunch in bulk after the company sold and am clearing the remaining stock out. I have this set for sale to be cleared immediatley for $150 + $15 shipping.

Again these are literally an audiophiles dream and sound better than anything I have heard as of late and I shop allot! They are as smooth and clean as ya get period. Voices are amazing, highs are clear and not sharp. Also included in the link below is a review car sound did on the mr51 smaller 5" set awhile back. Even they were amazing! I also have some 5's for sale but the 6.5"s sound better to me.. Hit me up if you have any questions at desertheatracing@yahoo.com I happily accept paypal. Shipping will be ups ground.

hey is the xover on this set the same as on the 6.1 or was this one modified taking into account the known tweet placement for the set?

Again guys, these are SQ / Audiophile grade speakers, not ghetto blaster 2000's!

They are not speakers that you can pump 200w rms to and get that tss tss tss sound from 3 blocks off. If you like harsh super loud tweets and tingy midrange these are NOT your speakers!

If you looking for a set to rip on, crank harcore non stop, send tons of wattage to, these are not your bag! DO NOT BUY THEM WITH THE EXPECTATIONS THAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HEAR THEM FROM 3 BLOCKS OFF GOING TSS TSS TSS TSS

If you enjoy music, love detail, clarity and bairly any listening fatigue then these are for you! They get PLENTY loud for me and stay clean the whole way with awsome midbass, clean accurate midrange and beautiful highs. They get more than loud enough to hurt your ears in a very short time just like any set.

If your wondering why I am posting this, I had a freakshow who bought them from me call mad because his pioneer 6x9's with 2" super tweeter and 3" mini horns he got at the swap meet with 100w going to them or somthing like that made the "tss tss tss" sound tons louder and he wanted a refund because high end speakers were supposed to be able to "scream and be heard from "you guessed it" 3 blocks off. It was a FUNNY argument and I wish I had recorded it. He told me that even with the crossovers set at -0db and treble all the way up and the tweet just would not give that tss tss tss sound he wants. He also told me about his home speakers that give that tss tss sound super loud also and that they were high end, I asked him what brand they were because "high end home audio does not sound that way" and he replied, "they are prosound speakers my homie got me, they have they huge horns in them and sweet metal grills over the woofers and that they cost like $5000 each but he got them cheap" ... Oh boy... anyways.... Needless to say a refund was NOT given.

Ok, for the record here, i have a set of the 5 1/4"s mounted in the kicks and i am REALLY suprised how well these handle power for only being rated at 50 watts. Im running about 70 a side and they take it like a champ. Bear in mind these are sealed kickpanel enclosures. Tweeter is VERY smooth, kinda reminds me of the Boston silk tweets.

Sure, your not gonna be able to toss 200w at 'em, but they can be played loud enough to satisfy most people.

Great guy to deal with here people.

So true, these are SQ/ Audiophile speakers. Compared to CDT CL62s that I have, there is no comparison, the MR62s are noticably better by far. I feel like I've received great value by picking up the Auras, whereas, I didn't feel the same way about the CDTs or Apline.

I'll second that: good seller!!
