I have a roll of LED up for sale $10, these are 16ft or 5meters never used but i tested it to make sure its working, its pure White, this is non waterproof and best used indoors

I skimmed the manual and did not see any mention of a reset on that model, so bummer if leaving the power disconnected did not help. Maybe Pioneer...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
