This sub has never ever seen power but I have used the 2 ohm version of it and they get extremely loud.

Not really much to say about this unit. Touchscreen, plays pretty much all media, you can watch DVD's while driving. Optional hook up for navigation, a backup camera, satellite radio. Works perfectly 10/10. cosmetic 9/10. Great unit but im selling my car so I no longer need it.

15'' ported enclosure built by vitveet $150 shipped obo

The enclosure is 4 cubes of airspace tuned to 28 hz. Has a 4" wide port with 60 sq. inches of port area! External dimensions are 40" wide, 16.5" high and 19.5" deep. Sub and port are both facing back. Has Jet Black carpet, it's double baffled, with rounded and painted (black) ports. Also has a high end gold plated, set screw down style terminal cup! I paid $165 for it but I no longer can use it. Vitveet will be shipping it to whomever buys it or you can pick it up in NC.

looking at the pictures would it be possible to face the box where the port and sub are up? without it wanting to roll to a different side?

in my mind i could say that yes you could do that. I have never seen the box but I would imagine that it would be heavy enough (especially with a sub in it) so that it wouldnt tip over. It seems to be wide enough. I dont want to tell you wrong and you try it and it doesnt work out for you and then you get mad at me though.
