holy **** man. $100 for a X9500!? I paid ******* $199 for a X8500BS in Toronto. Let me ask you something, is the software the same in the 8500, 9500, 80 PRS because the way USB folders are handled is retarded. I mean how are you gonna make it so the folders go in order of being created rather than alphabetical? I rip everything to WAV and have pull a rabbit out of the hat every time I add a new folder. I want that 80 PRS though...

Would depend on what you have if I add money.
I have a like new Alpine Type R D4. The 600w model. Perfect condition. I would pay for shipping both ways.

2 JL 12W3v3's S4 ohm. Both are like new with no scratches or anything. You add $65 and pay actual shipping.

An AQ HDC 3 10" D2. Like new. Only ran for about 30 seconds on free air just to test it once I first received it. You add $50 and pay actual shipping.

BNIB Alpine SPX17PRO's. Got these about 2 weeks ago. 1 woofer and tweeter taken out of the box just to check when I first received them in the mail but wrapped back up and put back in box. Never powered. You add $220 and both sides cover their own shipping.

BNIB PPI P900.4. You add $35 and both sides cover shipping.

just number you'r folders instead of name them..... works for the 3400ub and 7200hd or put number in front of name. and why do you rip to wav?

Thanks but not needing any of that stuff right now.

Numbering instead of naming would be kinda backwards. It wouldn't work, let's say D=4 if I need to change a folder that would be C=3, it would end up on the very bottom of the folder list.

...

Z=26

C=3

ah well, I guess it is what it is. But to answer your "why would I rip to WAV" is because why would I spend thousands of dollars on a system and then put squashed down compressed music through it? Doesn't make sense.

mine don't alphabet them, if it did i'd probably just put a A B C before each folder, i understand about the wav but i usually run flac

Making tracks show in order on Pioneer decks is definitely a frickin' headache. It goes more by the order added to the drive than anything, but my 8400 DD manual had some good words of advice for layout:

1. Use a folder scheme for Artist>Album. Put a 0X (x being the number) before each folder. For example, say you're doing Fort Minor's The Rising Tied, you would first make a folder titled "01 Fort Minor" and a folder inside it titled "02 The Rising Tied"

2. Each track should have a 0XX before the number unless that album has multiple discs. Track 1 would be titled "001 Track 1.mp3" on a single-disc album. For a multi-disc album, it's now XXX ("101 Disc 1 Track 1.mp3").

3. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP. You MUST add tracks in sequential order. You have to MANUALLY add Track 1, then Track 2, etc etc. Windows does something weird when adding in batches that will completely mess up the track add order.

Hope that helps someone else besides me. I literally spent about three hours sitting at my desk at work one day seeing how to make it work best. The above steps worked flawlessly for me.

what's your paypal? do you have any reference?
