Sold FS: Performance Teknique Amp (maybe blown)

i have a performance Teknique ICBM-772.

i don't know if it's blown but all i know is that one of the channels don't work.. so i had to go buy a new amp so i'm selling this amp with one non workin channel. i pulled up a DMM and there were no volts pulling out. of one of those channels so i would assume it's a blown channel.

I had the same problem with my PT amp accept it was a 4 ch and 2 channels quit working and I just threw it away

well i was lookin at the amp. and one of the channels, instead of a clear cover like shown in the picture, as you can see at the third picture from the top, the very first speaker input channel with a blue wire coming out of it, it's really white and cloudy, what couldve caused that?
