Well, I'm wanting frequency response above 20khz, generally 20khz to 30khz. It is represented by a line graph, with dB on y axis and frequency on x axis.

If you could do that, I would buy quite a few(25 pair, give a better price of course) from you compared to buying 200 of them, I don't need that many.

Pretty much you send a 1W 20khz+ signal to them, and record the sensitivity.

So a signal generator and a o-scope?

 
Function generator and a microphone(able to respond that high) hooked to a computer sound card(able to respond that high, which is usually up to 44khz).

Essentially recording is the hard thing.

They don't need to respond the best(being their normal 18khz), but need to respond well.
