WTH is a baby mag? For a second I thought it was SI Mags re-coned to 10's but those don't look like the motors from the Mag. I would guess these are the older SI BM's that have been re-coned yes?

Yes. These are QC failed BM's that sundown bought up, and reconed with better parts.
