Nokia is new in box. i opened it to see if everything was in there. it hasnt even been turned on once. comes with all the manuals , charger , battery and head phones. NO SIM CARD. it is LOCKED to T-mobile. me and my girlfriend both own one and they are great phones.

i also have another 6133 + battery with a cracked front screen if anyone is interested. works fine other than that. minor scuffs from use.
