Okay, I have this NIB Kicker KQ9 that I got in the mail yesterday but it wont fit in my dash and I'm very disappointed. Did not install, wires are as they were when I recieved it. I bought it for $94 which I thought was a hell of a deal, was asking $100 shipped, reduced price to~~> $85 SHIPPED

Next is a Knukonceptz KNF-12 - 1 in 2 out distro block. Uses mini anl fuses. Accepts 4 Gauge or 1/0 Gauge Cable. The output side can be adjusted to accept 4 Gauge or 8 Gauge cables. I can provide (2) 100,120,or150a fuses. $12 shipped

I'm not 100% positive what model the sub is but, TheGreatestPenn was pretty sure it was a memphis HPO. As far as gaskets, Parts express sells them and I was going to get one a while back. I don't know for sure if just any gasket will work on it though.
