also, my honest oppinion... building a house of that size, or even one of smaller size... i dont think selling the bike is going to be much of an impact. you are still going to have to mortgage the house and take a loan. if you are just trying to find the money to make the downpayment, there are other ways to go about it. just make sure you are ready to part with the bike... its more expensive to re-buy things later.

it has a akro carbon fiber Ti exhaust s/o and a TFI (which is the same as a power comander, except its what racers use not what the road bike guys use PCIII's, I have powder coated the rearsets, levers, I have the solo seat cowl, and perelli diablo tires.

Extremely nice bikes indeed though, too bad my parents won't insure me on one, they dislike the safety of them.
