For sale is an MTX mxa6001D class D competition amplifier, rated for 600 watts RMS. It is CEA 2006 certified. I do not have the birth sheet on this amp, but everyone I have read about that had one put out more than 600 watts RMS.
Also for sale are two Hifonics Hfi12D4 subwoofers and a sealed enclosure for both. They are the only subs that have ever been mounted in the box. They aren't mounted right now because I had them in a ported box, and it half the screws came out because they were too short and the sub was pounding so hard. The sub didn't fall out, however. These subs don't win any awards SQ wise, but they pound hard for what they cost.
My car's alternator doesn't have enough power to push these subs. The voltage drops so low that the check engine light and the oil light come on when I turn it up loud. I drive a Nissan 240SX so the alternator can't handle much. The way my car is designed, I can get loud enough for my tastes with a relatively small amplifier hooked up to a small sub.
The box and subs have only been used for about two months. I bought the amp used, but it works good. All for $150, local pickup only.
