I have 2 Memphis 1000d amps that I am selling for a friend. The 16-ST1000D asking $200 shipped and for the 16-MC1000D asking SOLD shipped. Both work great but has some scratches.

No offense but you can not compare apples and oranges. MC/ST > PR in IMO. The ST/MC is smaller and produces more power from what I can tell from rated specs. I have never had a PR series so I can not tell from hands on comparision.

Well, that is your opinion..but there's no noticeable difference. All are great amps, and I meant nothing negative by my post..your amps are awesome, we have a few at the shop that customers used everyday for years and they work flawlessly.
