Sold FS: memphis 1000d, adire shiva

I have a recently repaired by kbaudio.com memphis 1000d amplifier...specs are:

300w @ 4ohm

600w @ 2ohm

1100w @ 1ohm

This is the old all silver chrome model, it was repaired by sergey at kbaudio.com, I already bought a replacement so I do not need this amp, but I will hook it up to my subs to make sure it works. I will email pics by request, the amp is in pretty good shape. $275 shipped

I also have an adire audio shiva 12, it is used and has been sitting in my room for about a year now, it is a mark 3. Make an offer, not really looking to get rid of it, but I'm tired of looking at it lol.
