I don't know about the upgrade from Tiger, as I said on the first post, I can't test this software myself because I don't have a Mac right now, that's why is being sold AS-IS.

According to someone who bought this from me, he says it's an upgrade disc, you must have Tiger to use this software at least that's what he said.
