Amp is brand new in box, comes with bass boost knob, cord for bass boost knob, allen keys to install, screws to install the amp.

Amp also comes with extended 2 year warranty through Phillips. Warranty is from 2/14/2006 to 2/14/2008 here are some pics of the warranty. I will send a written statement with the amp to have it switched to your name, it will then haft to be mailed into Phillips to have it completed.

Posted pics of the amp, as far as the voltage goes i have no idea, the manual doesnt say. Sorry. I would call the company and ask but there not open till monday.
