i have no idea what amperage my alt is. i know its very weak. its an 03. LX sedan.

my alti said it on the alt.. look for a small metal shiny plate.. might be a sticker or engraved... its all dependent.. if you can find a package deal.. do it.. these two batts an amp and sub will do ya.. the 1400 in front the 1800 in back.. depending on power should hold ya.

damm. i would really need both of them just to run that one sub setup? i'm hoping to at least feed 2k if i get a 9512. if i got 3500, then at least 15k.

with only 2k one of them and you stock should be fine if you do some runs of 1/0 and do the big 3

nope..you will have bad dimming if you only get one and use your stock battery. that tiny 70 amp alt (max) wont help any when you are using 2k.

well to get rid of my dimming i did big 3 and got both of these 1400 fit up front and the 1800 in the rear. i have a 94 civic so i would recommend both on stock alt. worst you would have to do is check charge once a week and charge if neccessary. capacitors are a waste of money never go that route unless you want it just for the cool led voltage display //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif .
