I have an BNIB Soundsplinter RL-p 18 dual 4 ohm with a 5 cu. ft. sealed enclosure (outer dimensions are as follows. Width: 30", depth: 24", height: 15"). Constructed buy photocrazy8 using 3/4" mdf and very well built. It is sprayed with rubber undercoating and stuffed with fiberglass insulation.

Box says dual 2 ohm, but the sub has dual 4 coils. I need this gone because I am having my Accord's ****** rebuilt (Accord auto ftl).

Here are pics of the sub:

Here are pics of the enclosure (when I had my previous rl-p installed).

Price: $400 W/BOX (The driver itself is 420+shipping from Soundsplinter). I can sell the sub by itself for $300. I might be willing to ship, but highly prefer a local transaction (southern Cali).

The way I **** at sellin probably would still be available //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Hopefully it sells quick tho.

I'm a big fan of how you say BNIB, then show us pictures of it out of the box, mounted to an enclosure, the one of it sitting on the driveway is good too.
If you read the thread, the one in the enclosure is when I had the dual 2 ohm rl-p. It had a dead coil so it was replaced by Mike, though somehow a dual 4 ohm driver was in the box that was labeled as dual 2 ohm.

Also, it IS Brand New. I'm not using. Is it in the box? Yes, it is. Will come with the original box just as I got it when I picked it up from Mike. Only reason why It was taken out of the box was to show pics of the driver. If you had seen a previous thread of mine trying to sell the dual 2 rl-p, you would notice it had a bump in the cone due to overexcursion, which was caused by unlinearity since only 1 coil was working (the other was dead). I wanted to show that this is NOT the same sub, rather a brand new and fresh driver direclty from the home of Soundsplinter.

Thus, the drive is brand new and will be in the box, what is hard to comprehend about that?

I will repeat, the driver that is in the enclosure inside my trunk IS NOT the same driver as being sold, it was a previous driver.

FYI: I had a small towel under the motor when taking the pic, so it's not visible, but it was ther. Go try and pwnt by post dumping elsewhere, otherwise you will get pwnt yourself as you just did.

bah, i got the mag for cheaper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
Hardly...you driving to get the sub would have been the same as getting it from James. I could have brought the sub to you, free delivery //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.

Run two 15" mags...bump for me

Isobaric? Why would u wanna do that? Run them all IB, but u'll never get the output u want //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Someone buy this, awesome sub here and a cool guy too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Isobaric because I'd like to try it out. Hopefully some n00bx doesn't say "oh yeah man, kicker subs get loud, gotta love them solobarics." Anywho, I know it will be less loud, but it's only 10 bucks for wood. Not looking to get loud with IDQ's man, lol. And if it's not enough output to satisfy me, then I'll go with a large sealed enclosure, probably 2 cubes. Will run this till I get the 5200 in, unfortunately I probably need another battery...gonna have around 400 lbs in the trunk.....stupid rear tires need replacement too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

No IB for me. Don't wanna deal with the hassle of sealing everything off when it would all come down in a month or so anyway.
