Considering parting out my S10 install in order to acquire some goodies to play with...I pictures of some of the stuff:

Here is what I have:

Elemental Designs 13Ov2 D4, 3 mos old, barely used. Probably has 5-6 hours of playtime on it with 500 rms. Great sub, would be a forum boner if everyone didnt hate EB so bad....Mark on the surround is some adhesive from the back of a little piece of duct tape that had gotten stuck on there somehow. $90 shipped.

Image Dynamics CTX 6.5" Pair of Midbass/Midwoofers. Brand new never seen power. $80 shipped. SOLD!!!



Soundstream Exact 4.2 component set. 4" midwoofer with the tweeter attached to the mid, passive Xover, with switchable tweeter attenuation/boost. These have some age on them but play wonderfully down to around 100hz. I believe these were made by ScanSpeak? The speakers are in very nice condition, one of the passives has a cracked cover, but all works fine. $40 shipped. I dont have pics of these because they are installed...SOLD!!!

Cadence FXA-3001. 500x1 @ 2 ohms. Small footprint.

Black strips are tape I put over the blue LEDS so they wouldn't light the backseat of the truck in ghetto blue when I am driving around.

Trades I am looking for:

1. A good set of tweeters to play around with in my active setup in my truck that will work well crossed at or around 3500 hz...

2. A cool little 8" or 10" SQL/SQ sub with a 4 ohm impedance...

3. A 10" or 12" XBL^2 driver and we can work out a cash difference on it....

Can you give me a better pic of the amps? Does the amp 3001 do close to the 500 @ 2 ohm?

I dont have one right now, but if I get time to get one I will. They are installed in the back of a tiny extended cab S10, and it is hard to get a good shot of them, expecially since I am only usually home when it is dark out. I am sure there are other pictures out there that can show them better. They are in perfect shape, just got them in March and installed them as they are in the picture, so the condition should not be an issue.

The 3001 is rated about dead on. It will put out a clean 500...but it is not underrated like some of the Cadence amps. It makes the 13ov2 rock, that's for sure.

Those are the exact ones pictures. They aren't that deep, guessing 2.75". I am pretty firm on them, since I don't have anything to replace them with at the time being.

I'm assuming the soundstream's are also in the S-10. Do you have the 4 x 6 bracket that you'd include with the 4" soundstreams?

Yes these are installed, in the dash, of the S10, behind some custom grills I made that don't come off real easy... The speakers themselves are in excellent condition. As I mentioned earlier one of the passives has a cracked cover. Still 100% functional. These even have the "midrange presence" switch where you can either leave it flat or bump it up for better midrange presence. Nice feature.

I am not including 4x6 brackets for these, because I do not have any. I actually did a surface mount, and didn't use or need any brackets.
