And as to what tunning and space, you ALL are wrong, its a specific design for a specific subwoofer and this box is made for the XXX15, nothing else.

First of all if you would look....I've been here longer than you d1cksh1t. Second..

Any ss does have a tuneing even if its made for a certain sub it has a tuneing... go ask p4s...or look here.

Frequency: measured in Hz = 1/sec. Let's use 40 hz as our example.

 

(1128 ft/sec)/(40 1/sec) = 28.2 ft

Since the maximum amplitude of a sine function occurs at the first quarter...we will take 28.2/4=7.05 (roughly 7 ft or 84 inches)

 

In other words, the port length of a 40 hz enclosure is 84 inches long (tuned via quarter wave.) With this info...you can build a transmission line box.

On a side note, you cutting the inch off the back or whatever most likey fugged up the whole box.. Nice going dumbass.

Let's not forget the other corner looks off too.And the port opening looks crooked.BTW: It's supposed to use a double baffle.The 6 people wanting to buy it are fools........

And, if that pic was taken before they glued the pieces together, why is there glue all over it?Looks like it's been glued together to me.....

i made the back a lil shorter from 19" 1/2 to 17" to make it louder.. but this design over all increases efficiency towards the driver.
