I tried it on after I got home instead of at the store. I have other polos from Hilfiger and they fit just fine. Not sure why this one was different.

It does have a mark above the tag "C' so it didn't get mixed up with someone elses clothes,

Nah. My girlfriends brother wears the same size as me and my clothes usually end up at her house.

Oh well, I can see this thread is going nowhere, so mods go ahead and delete it.
