Apparently that is as far as they will help me. I was told by someone else that they can no longer take money out of someones account without authorization cause they got sued.

Sorry to hear you got scammed by this guy...was going to PM you and say I'll have the same amp for sale in 2 weeks or so after I get my SAZ-1500d, but I see that you already bought one.

I don't have many posts either, but I have a 100% rating on Ebay (with over a 100 score) so I'll put my amp up for about the same price when it comes time (for anyone who sees this thread and is interested).

what I do is pay with a credit card through paypal so If I need to dispute I got through my CC company, not paypal

and like these guys say do ur research

but there is no substitute for talking to them on a home phone

at the very least u can supply local police with a good lead

and internet fraud is federal offense

if u can get the assholes in law enforcement to investigate

some are decent many r not

meaning both the cops and the sellers
