Care plan didn't cover it due to water damage, already dropped 250 on a new one. Idk about the homeowners, I'd rather just somehow find a way to get it back cause there's only two possibilities of who actually stole it.

If you got a good idea of who has your shit why dont you keep the game and see if you can get your ps3 back? I wouldnt sell the game off yet til you see if you can get the thing back. You said it has to be the neighbor or his friend..

Game is still sealed, my neighbor has an apartment in Orlando, don't know where, I've come to terms with the realization that I'm most likely not getting it back though. There's just no way, I have absolutely no proof.
