the team rockford subs are only ment for burps only...not music..i was going to buy one and i talk to rockford first they told me that the team rockford subs if you play music through it will damage them..

not gonna hurt it by playing music. but by throwing 5k watts at 28 hz all the time is much more likely to. they also tell you that underpowering speakers blows them?

the team rockford are not made for music they where made for burps only..i was going to buy a 15 team i talk to some one at rockford they told me if you play music through the i could damage the voice coils..

wouldnt doubt what? these woofers have been around a long time theyre used for daily more than spl in the real world. its well known they can be used for music just fine. and by now we would all know that they cant play on music but every spl sub out there has music played on it in some application. this just sounds stupid to me
