I have for sale a Recat Racing Tornado BB nitro radio control buggy. This has been gently used and has very little run time on the motor. I have switched to airplanes and this has just been sitting in the closet. It has a size .18 engine on it that fires right up and runs great. There is a 2 speed transmission on the buggy but I have converted it to a single speed. To make it a 2 speed again you would just need to get the spring that goes inside the 2 speed clutch assembly. It is also 4 wheel drive but I have made it a 2 wheel drive. I drove it on asphalt so the 2 wheel drive was more fun to drive!!! To convert it back to 4 wheel drive you would just need to get another drive shaft that goes to the front differential. The buggy runs and drives great. It still has the stock tires and has plenty of tread left. This will prove that I have had very little run time on the buggy. I am also including everything to get the buggy going. You get the fuel bottle, rechargeable glow plug ignitor, and all the tools and spare parts I have for it.
The buggy has a few performance parts on it that other stock cars do not come with. It has anodized blue aluminum shock towers. Oil filled shocks. Anodized blue aluminim skid plate. Ball joint suspension. 2 speed transmission and 4 wheel drive. And a steel disk brake.
The buggy is ready to run, the only thing you will need are batteries, 20% Nitro fuel and will need to adjust the carberator. Feel free to ask any questions. Accepting trades so let me know what you've got. Mainly looking for an amp that does 600 watts @ 2 ohms or a 1,000 watt @ 2 ohms. Asking $120 shipped.
