Alright its back up for sale again. I think I know what Im going to do with my next setup. Im replacing the ***** in my car so I think I am going to put the back seat back in and get some gas mileage back. So.....cant fit the 18" anymore.
I reconed the sub back around march or april and I have been playing it off my kx2500 @ 2ohm ever since. I benched the amp and had an actual ~1660wrms going to the sub. The sub is 7/10 mechanical and 8/10 appearance. The recone is the style with the older tinsels and shortly after the sub was broken in the leads slapped on the spiders and put a small crack in them on each side. It doesnt effect the performance of the driver and I havent noticed a change in it. When I first noticed it I took the sub out and bent the leads down a little and it solved the problem. It hasnt gotten any worse and plays great. However, if your going to be burping it off 4000wrms then I would consider reconing it again.
Im asking 335+ship for it right now but Im reasonable.
However, Im mainly looking for some type of credible trade. I am primarily looking for a pair of 15" Fi Q's with BP, dual 2ohm, to stuff in the trunk.
I can get some close ups of the spiders if anyones interested too
