Well I'm thinkin of selling my crossfire vr4000d. This is the newer model with internal fan. I got this thing right after crossfire did a 16 volt mod too it. I was the first and only one to use it since, and is in great shape all around. I would give it a 9/10 overall, and works perfectly. This was never ran 16v, only on a 12v system with proper electrical.

This thing is a beast

4000@ 2 ohm

2000@ 4 ohm

1000@ 8 ohm

and all at 12volt

crossfire says you can expect about 20% more than rated out of it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Only trades would be a sundown 3000d with a decent amount of warranty, newer model prefered.

Since a price must be posted, I'll do $700

Here's a pic, just one I had laying around, shows that I have it. I can get more and will.

How are these things, really? Current wise, or reliability.
Really, these things are **** solid. I have not had a single problem with it. I have used it for maybe 4 months but not used very often. I never dropped lower than 12v with it. With my ho alt I could go full tilt and stay at 13v.

Just like anything, have the electrical to back it up and it will treat u nice.

I'm running 2 g31's, and a g34 for batts, 2 runs of 1/0, and a no big 3 really. With that I stayed at 12v full tilt. Also had my 100.4 running. Stock 150 amp alt

I added a mechman 250 alt and stayed at 13v full tilt.

The amp is very strong and puts out more power than most need and then some.

I recieved the amp after crossfire had did a 16v mod to it, but it has only been ran on 12v

meaning theres a switch inside that u can run this at 16v //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
not familiar that there is a switch for it, but if you look at the board there is a sticker sayin it was modded for 16v during december of 2007 by crossfire. I recieve the amp shortly after that
