Why not eliminate tha cap all together & just buy a new battery or 2.

Kinetik > Capacitor.

....My headlights/inside lights will still blink new battery or not....a cap should help regulate it, without buying 2 batteries, it did in my friends car. I am looking to get a Kinectic 1400 though as my main car battery, but I am not going to do the 2 battery thing.

hahaah, Alternator is not needed. Just a 6-farad Cap and an upgraded Kinectic HC 1400 Main Battery. That will fix the problem FYI ---
