Sold FS: Focal TN52 Tweeters (pair)

Well I bought used set of Focal 165K2P and the mids are messed up. The seller isnt co-operating with me about refunding my money so I am stuck with them. I can either buy a new set of mids (~$300ish) or just get a new set of components all together. I really dont have $300 right now for the new mids so im hoping to sell these tweeters as well as the K2 Power Series Crossovers (my other FS thread) and then save up some for a whole new set of components.

While the mids were messed up, the tweeters are NOT, they are in working condition. Most people know about the TN52, it is a great tweet.

If i recal correctly, they retail for ~$150/each. I am willing to sell the set of 2 for $175 shipped.

If the mids were pushed hard enough to damage them, how can you be certain the tweeters were not misused also? Anyways, sent pm w/ some questions.

Well here is what happened, when the mids blew I took the car to a profesional shop to have them retune everything (i had a buddy that had worked at a shop so i had figured he would have tuned it right). They assured me that the tweeters were in perfect working condition. The mids were slightly blown when I bought the set (from someone over on SD), however the main reason mids blew was becuase i was playing a VERY midbass heavy song and that, in addition to it clipping cuased the mids to blow. The tweets however were not stressed at that point.

However, if by chance they are blown, which I would be unaware of, I will give you a complete refund of what you paid me and you can ship them back to me. I am not trying to screw anyone over here which is why i am willing to do this. I dont want you to get stuck with messed up equipment like I did with this set's mids.
