brand new. comes with everything included in the factory box (speaker / tweeter / grille / hardware etc). one speaker was mounted using two screws and played for about 10 seconds. the rest still have 0 play time
thought i blew my old speakers so i bought these. turns out i DIDNT blow my old speakers, but still wanted to hear what one of these sounded like. didn't hook tweeter up.
