Passive line-level crossovers. The red label says they're high-pass, the double black band says they're 30Hz @ 22kΩ, or 26Hz @ 47kΩ, or 37Hz @ 10kΩ (check your amp's specs for the input impedance). 12dB/octave.

I was using them as subsonic filters for my Tang Band 8"s in their ported boxes.
